Senior Attorney
Vivian R. Riveiro is an attorney who graduated in 1994 from the University of Miami School of Law, "magna cum laude". From 1994 until 2003, Ms. Riveiro was an attorney at Holland & Knight LLP, a national law firm with a presence throughout the world. She was a partner of Holland & Knight LLP from 2001-2003.
In 2003, Ms. Riveiro formed Vivian R. Riveiro, P.A., a Florida professional association. Vivian R. Riveiro, P.A. is an authorized title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (with the support of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund Services, LLC). For several years, Vivian R. Riveiro, P.A. has been a distinguished member of the Fund’s “President’s Circle”, as a result of the quality of its title services. Moreover, it was honored in November 2017 with the appointment to the Fund’s “Millionaire’s Circle.”
Associate Attorney
Jessica M. Riveiro is a Florida attorney who graduated from Florida International University College of Law, cum laude, in May 2024. In law school, Jessica was a member of the FIU Law Review and the Negotiation and Mediation Team. She also served as a Teaching Assistant to first year law students for their Legal Research & Writing course. Jessica joined our firm in 2024, where she specializes in residential and commercial real estate closings, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases.
